Do Stage 2 for the Inner Critic Pattern you are working on for each wound that you think is important for the pattern. You probably should explore only one wound in a given STJ session, since each wound may be emotionally draining because of the childhood pain you are exploring. In fact, after exploring a couple of wounds, you may want to move on to Stage 3 in Week 6, even if you haven’t completed all of your relevant wounds. You can always come back and explore more wounds later. Put those wounds on the To-Explore List in STJ so you can find them later.
If you decide not to work on the emotional wounds underlying your Inner Critic Pattern, you may skip this section.
If you feel comfortable sharing your responses with the other participants in the class, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share what you learned in exploring these wounds. You could also share it with your small group if you prefer, by using the email for that group.
