Do Stage 4 for the Inner Critic Pattern you are working on. Do this stage for each fear, inner conflict, or other motivation that you think is important for the Critic pattern. You probably should explore only one working-through in a given STJ session, since each takes a significant amount of time and can be emotionally taxing. In fact, after working through a couple of fears or inner conflicts, you might want to move on to Stage 5 in Week 8, even if you haven’t completed all of them. You can always come back and work through more later.
If you feel comfortable sharing your responses with the other participants in the class, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share what you learned in exploring these wounds. You could also share it with your small group if you prefer, by using the email for that group.
