If you have a Shame Wound, at a deep level you tend to feel embarrassed or ashamed easily if someone judges you, laughs at you, or you get public attention, at least under certain circumstances. This may make it hard for you to deal in a healthy way¬†with being shamed, where you would remain grounded or where you would set limits on a shamer.
